Peter Ivett

Peter IvettPeter is a founder of Vivente and brings over thirty years experience in the key facets of business critical in building high performance leaders and cultures. Peter has a broad range of management and leadership experience across a wide range of industry sectors. Over the past fifteen years Peter has consulted with and coached the CEOs of companies such as Citibank, WorkCover Queensland, Franklins, QSP Financial Solutions, CSC Global Information Systems and Johnson and Johnson Medical. Peter has a Masters of Business Administration from Macquarie University in management and undergraduate qualifications in business and marketing. He has completed Australia’s foremost program for educators, Stephanie Burn’s Training to Train, and the MGSM Master Class for Executive Coaches and is accredited to use the key assessment tools for high performance development. A strategic, big-picture thinker, Peter brings a whole-picture approach to his work with clients. Clients find him thoughtful and generous with his time…and he’s got a pretty sharp sense of humor, too.

Margaret Parkinson

Margaret is a founder of Vivente and an energetic organisational development, change professional and executive leadership coach. She consults to senior business and human resource managers around the globe to set and implement strategies for organisational and cultural change, leadership development, coaching and mentoring, building team effectiveness and performance. She is a strong process and group facilitator with considerable experience facilitating middle manager to executive groups. Margaret has been the trusted leadership coach for executives and senior managers across a range of industries including banking, financial services, FMCG, telecommunications, dot.coms, professional services firms and universities. Margaret is accredited in world-class individual and organisation development tools. An insightful problem-solver with a bias for action and practical outcomes, Margaret enables results by rapidly yet naturally building rapport and trust. Dianne Lissner

Dianne LissnerDianne has held senior roles as business leader and also as both Organisational Development manager and consultant. With Viventé she specialises in developing and coaching executives. Dianne has seven years experience leading the Australian and New Zealand division of an Anglo Dutch multi-national. Dianne brings a unique blend of business leadership and OD practitioner experience to her coaching clients. Dianne holds qualifications in Business Psychology and is accredited to use of a wide range of organisational tools and products to assist her clients achieve their goals. She is a member the College of Organisational Psychologists and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Highly respected by her clients Dianne excels at challenging people to think differently. Cheerful , warm, and delightfully “quirky” she brings a thorough business and measurement focus so nothing slips by.

Ross McDuie

Ross McDuieRoss is a performance and development consultant with over 20 years’ experience in consulting and human resource management. Throughout his years of consulting, working primarily with a major cultural change firm, he has focused on the human side of change and specialises in developing the attitudinal and behavioural capabilities of leaders at all levels in organisations. His experience in coaching leaders, managers and executives has been diverse. Ross is accredited to administer the Life Styles Inventory (LSI), Organisational Culture Inventory (OCI), Organisational Effectiveness Inventory (OEI) and DiSC Personal Profile Systems xtensive. His enthusiasm and high energy, combined with excellent presentation and facilitation skills, enable him to be effective in individual coaching sessions, small group/team development programs and larger forums.

Juliet Warne

Juliet WarneJuliet is an experienced executive coach and facilitator with extensive business management experience. She coaches senior managers and executives in a number of industries and has developed and facilitated career development, leadership and mentoring programs. She has particular insight and experience in regards to women in leadership, having worked on several customised professional development programs for women since 2005. Juliet leverages her business experience to bring a practical focus to her coaching and facilitation. She has held a number of senior marketing and strategy positions in Sydney, London and New York and held accountability for the profit and loss of product lines, end-to-end management of the marketing process and delivering complex projects of strategic significance. Juliet holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is currently undertaking a Masters of Applied Science at Sydney University, majoring in Coaching Psychology. This grounding in behavioural science, combined with accreditations in globally recognised tools including Myers Briggs Type Indicator ( MBTI), Human Synergistics Life Style Inventory (LSI) and Genos Emotional Intelligence, ensures a diverse set of methodologies and skills are applied to her work. Taking a collaborative and solution-focused approach, Juliet is passionate about helping clients bring about positive change and achieve sustainable outcomes.
